All deposits are processed instantly. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are settled within 1–3 hours. Funds can only be withdrawn to an account in your own name.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to proceed with registration or use of the platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and mrlucy as the platform operator.

How to Calculate Rollover: If you receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover requirement, you must place wagers totalling RM1,000 before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

Mrlucy takes the personal data protection of all members seriously. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is governed by Privacy Policy which is separate from and forms part of this overall agreement.
Mrlucy provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from disruptions or errors. However, we continuously strive to maintain the highest level of availability.
Mrlucy reserves the right to amend, update, or add to any section of these terms at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to members via registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
Continued use of the mrlucy platform after any amendment's effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with the changes, you are advised to stop using the platform and close your account.
